The service

NOVORIO LLC provides AI model access through a web interface and a developer API. Availability is offered "as is"; we aim for but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Do not resell raw model access without a written agreement.

Model outputs

AI models can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, particularly in professional, medical, legal, or financial contexts.

Pricing and payment

API usage is billed per token at the rates published on the platform page. Prices may change with 30 days notice. The free evaluation tier may be subject to usage limits.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVORIO LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
